The services provided by Hosting Service, data backup, anti-virus, new releases, are automatically available without the need for technical intervention or installation on the customer’s machines. Every intervention is therefore automatically recognised and software updates with the latest regulatory changes are constant and guaranteed by the dedicated Inaz Study Centre.
Furthermore, the network of service providers is constantly expanded and managed by INAZ in the Cloud, ensuring that the customer’s database is updated in accordance with the highest standards of quality, reliability, flexibility in the organisational phases and speed of response.
Data management and protection:
The data systems are installed at the INAZ-owned data centre in Viale Monza 268, without intermediaries. This allows you to always know where your company data is located, with a level of data security and privacy in line with the new standards set by European data processing legislation (GDPR).
Data integration with the payroll system and employee portal:
- Monthly data transfer from INAZ to Payroll Offices for automatic import and processing of payslips.
- Customisation with company logos and references.
- Connected web app, compatible with all browsers, not visible to search engines, reserved for employees only with user authentication system (email, tax code, employee code, with validity check on first access and security password change request).

Customisation and reporting in SSO
Payroll Code Customisation
The pay codes used by the welfare procedure are already integrated with the INAZ pay codes, so there are no additional specific activities in this area. The solution ensures perfect correspondence between what is transacted on the platform by employees and what is entered in the pay slips and year-end tax statements. The process guarantees security, speed and transparency without any work for the HR Payroll department.
Reporting for HR/Payroll
A monthly report is sent with the transactions made by employees during the reference month. The report is called Datwelfare and is sent on the date requested by Payroll. With a simple upload in the INAZ payroll procedure, all payslips are directly updated with the correct pay items for the welfare transactions made by employees.
Single Sign On option
From the INAZ employee portal, you can access the timeswapp platform by clicking on the HE Welfare button without having to re-enter your credentials. The system automatically retrieves the employee's data and directs them to their personalised page. Employee data is synchronised every 5 hours, including other data (e.g. IBAN password, family unit, etc.).
