In the corporate welfare landscape, one limitation may be offering a limited number of services.
With timeswapp technology, however, employees are no longer tied to a limited list of approved providers, but are free to choose their preferred service provider: their trusted dentist, the babysitter they already use, or the gym near their home. And they can do so from their smartphone, PC or tablet.

How the Free Voucher works
1. Access the form
Access the Free Voucher form from the home page and select the service you wish to use from those available (gym, travel agency, hotel, etc.). Remember to enter all the information requested on the form, including the attachment.
2. Wait for confirmation
Once you have entered all the details, click on Send Request and you will receive an email confirming that your request has been sent. Wait for your booking confirmation, and we will take care of the rest.
3. Use the service!
As soon as you receive confirmation of your booking, usually within a few days, your service will be ready to use.

Employees can maximise their choice of services on which to spend their welfare credit.

Local suppliers to be available to sell services to employees at no additional cost.

Employers will see an increase in the use of their employees' welfare accounts, favouring local facilities close to the company's headquarters.
Invite a Supplier!
If you are already a user of the platform, you can invite your favourite service provider (gym, dentist, etc.) to join the timeswapp platform. It’s easy, just send them the form using the app’s dedicated feature!
The provider, involved and activated by the employee, will immediately receive a link via email (to the email address provided by the employee) and Customer Support will provide assistance and guidance during the new Partner’s registration process (online). There is no cost to either the user or the provider!
