Engagament Welfare & Mobility
METHODOLOGY
- Quantitative verification conducted using the CAWI method (Computer Aided Web Interview) and single source on the three survey chapters Engagement/Welfare/Mobility in order to identify correlations between the three dimensions.
- Questionnaire divided into two phases: the first part consists of a qualification questionnaire administered to HR Managers, and the second part consists of a structured questionnaire with approximately 40 questions administered to employees of participating companies; average interview time 15 minutes (with employees)
